Join us as we welcome Catherine Lambrecht as we explore the story of one of America's favorite desserts: pie.  We'll learn about the history of pies in America and how Illinois has contributed.

Lambrecht will share a story from the Family Heirloom Recipe Contest at the Illinois State Fair of love, family, a special pie, and a gift of immeasurable value.
